Returns & Exchanges (Natural Marble & Handmade Craft)
Because each piece is handmade from natural marble, slight variations are normal and are not considered defects. These may include: natural veining, color variation, mineral lines, tiny pits/pores, subtle texture differences, and small hand-finished marks.

We accept returns/exchanges only for:

1. Transit damage (damage during shipping)
2. Wrong item received
3. Major functional defect (e.g., mirror is loose/unusable)

We do not accept returns for:

• “Not perfect” concerns, minor natural stone characteristics, or handmade variations
• Change of mind / personal preference
• Damage caused after delivery or improper use/handling

Transit Damage Claim (Required within 48 hours):

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of outer box + inner packaging + damaged areas (video is helpful)
  We will offer a free replacement (if available) or a refund. In many cases, returning broken pieces is not required.

Shipping & Fees:

• If the issue is our fault (damage/defect/wrong item), we cover replacement or refund.
• Otherwise, return shipping and any related fees are the buyer’s responsibility (if a return is exceptionally approved).

Duties & Taxes:
Import duties/taxes may apply depending on your destination and are generally paid by the buyer.
US Orders (Reimbursement): If import duty/tax is charged at delivery, please pay to receive the package first, then send the official receipt within 7 days for reimbursement. Carrier handling/brokerage fees are excluded.
