While we ensure every piece is delivered in its best condition, the inherent nature of the material means it cannot be as flawless as a mass-produced item.
　　Principles & Cost Responsibility
　　1 . Returns & Exchanges (Not Seller’s Fault Applicability: Initiated for personal reasons (e.g., simply not liking it, differences from expected color/veining, minor natural markings that are not quality issues).
　　Cost Responsibility: All associated costs, including return shipping, repackaging fees, and potential payment processing fees, will be borne by the buyer.
　　2 . Returns & Exchanges (Seller’s Fault Applicability: Severe damage incurred during transit (with clear photo/video evidence required), or if we shipped the wrong item.
　　Cost Responsibility: All related costs (including return shipping and reshipping) will be borne by us, the seller.
　　Process & Requirements
　　Timeframe: Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
　　Condition: The item must be in its original condition as received, unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
　　Process: Please first contact our customer service team to explain the situation and provide your order number and photos. Items returned without prior communication will not be processed.
